Shipping and Return
Shipping Overview
Due to small business and working alone, my processing time is usually 1 - 3 weeks as most of my designs are made-to-order, meaning i don’t have a warehouse of ready-to-ship items. This allows me to have more room to offer more unique designs...that you cant get in everywhere else.
If i am unable to process your order, I will notify you within 2 business days of a cancellation and provide a refund.
Shipping Methods
Depending on your region and the shipping carrier, the estimated time of delivery may take up to 15 working days. As soon as your order has left my house, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you require further information about your delivery, please email us at info@fit-frenchie.com and we will assist you further.
For international order, I do not include free shipping, however, i will find the cheapest quotes and send to you for you to choose, usually I will ship with USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL. Once you agree with the quote, then i will ship out and provide you the tracking number.
Modifications and Cancellations
Contact info@fit-frenchie.com for any modifications and cancellation requests within 24 hours.
Returns/Replacements
Custom order returns are not accepted; however, in the event of any mistake on my part, I will gladly provide a replacement. As for standard orders with sizes listed on the website, replacements are accepted. Should you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me for assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the package hasn’t shown up 3 business days after the tracking status shows "delivered," contact us info@fit-frenchie.com
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect and Damaged Orders
We hate the sound of this, already. Please reach out to us at info@fit-frenchie.com. Please include the order number, product name, and shipping address. If you have photos, we'd love to see them.
