The material was good quality.
This arrived on Halloween, late afternoon so just in the nick of time. It's beautiful, thick, sturdy and well crafted. The only thing I wished was different is a strap that connects under my dog's chest/belly area to keep the cape from slipping sideways. I'll have to address it next October with my seamstress. Otherwise, it's aggravating to keep turning the cape back to its center.
